What Happens After You Reach Out?
A Confidential Conversation
When you call or submit the form, you will speak to a member of our admissions team. The conversation is simply to understand your circumstances and whether we might be able to help. You can end the call at any time.
Insurance Verification
We can review your PPO benefits privately and quickly. This gives you a clear idea of your coverage before any decisions are made. It is an informational step only, no obligation to commit to us right away.
A Conversation About Your Challenges and Needs
Our licensed and experienced clinicians take time to listen to what you are dealing with – mental challenges, substance use concerns, or whatever feels relevant. There is no judgment; you can be open and honest.
Personalized Program Options
Based on what you share, we explain which outpatient options (partial hospitalization program, intensive outpatient program, or standard outpatient) may fit your needs. Nothing is decided in this conversation. It is about gaining clarity.
Outpatient Care Designed Around Real Life
Treatment must fit into your existing responsibilities, not replace them. At Create Recovery, our outpatient programs are structured to work with work schedules, family obligations, school, and caregiving.
We offer morning and evening intensive outpatient program (IOP) scheduling, flexible attendance options, and virtual IOP sessions. This allows you to continue with your studies and job, or manage daily life while receiving structured, clinical care for mental health treatment in Los Angeles, addiction treatment in Los Angeles, or a dual diagnosis treatment of both. The flexibility is designed to facilitate real recovery within real lives.
We also offer more structured daytime programs like partial hospitalization programs (PHP) for more severe concerns that require consistent care.
Conveniently Located in West Los Angeles

We serve West Los Angeles, Playa Vista, Culver City, Venice, Mar Vista, Santa Monica, Silicon Beach, and surrounding regions. For those who live farther away or prefer not to travel, virtual IOP is also available.

Personalized Care for Substance Use and Mental Health Healing and Recovery
You do not need to have reached a crisis point to reach out. Many of those who contact us when mental health challenges have become harder to manage, when drinking or substance use has become a regular way to cope, or when they feel emotionally overwhelmed and burned out – are managing their lives, holding things together from the outside even when they feel something is off on the inside.
We can enable you to navigate stress and other related concerns that have escalated beyond your typical coping strategies, as well as those dealing with both mental health and substance use concerns at the same time.
Whatever your needs look like, you can simply begin with a conversation without having everything figured out.
